PeopleScout HRX is the Australian branch of the TrueBlue family - one of the biggest recruitment companies in the world. I was exclusively hired to redesign and re-brand PeopleScout's SpringBoard application. The application was dated, lacked mobile accessibility, and had a compromised user experience and poor interface. I analysed the application from the ground up reworking the colours, iconography, logo, and user experience of the application. Through contextual enquiries and workshops with stakeholders, the new interface and user experience was driven entirely through research and data. The final product was an application that was accessible on all platforms, fully responsive, with an optimised user experience.
