randstad recruitment application

Context

Randstad is a Dutch multinational human resource consulting firm headquartered in Diemen, Netherlands (stylised as ‘randstad’). Their current software-based recruitment application used by consultants globally was in need of a re-brand and updated technology. Problem

  • The current application was not responsive and required a remote login to gain access.
  • The current application overwhelmed the user with features and content that had been built and added over many years.
  • The current application was difficult and slow to use.
